Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee production timelines to align with market demands and internal capacity.
- Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes and unexpected delays.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain inventory controls to support consistent supply chain management.
- Coordinate with sales to align forecasts with production capabilities.
- Uphold compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in ERP systems, particularly Epicor, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
- Experience with various ERP systems and scheduling tools.
- Professional certification in inventory management or production planning (e.g., CPIM).
