Corporate Operations Manager

About the role:

A consumer products company located about an hour outside of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze and optimize their operations processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage vendor relations, contracts, and shipments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Provide leadership and serve as a backup across team roles, ensuring continuity, guidance, and strong team support.
  • Analyze budget requirements to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Support daily administrative functions, including handling professional communications and assisting with AP/AR procedures as needed.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, offer support during high workload periods, and help enforce office policies and procedures across departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven supervisory or managerial experience in an office setting, with a history of training or guiding team members in recent roles.
  • Practical experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable, with working knowledge of both processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, self-starting attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in computer systems and ERP software, with experience in customer service or eCommerce environments.
