The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining reliability-centered maintenance processes to drive machine uptime, improve OEE, and lower operational costs
  • Identify technical improvements to equipment/processes, execute capital projects, manage department budgets, and apply reliability tools to address equipment failures, driving continuous improvement activities.
  • Lead comprehensive safety processes to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership to the maintenance department, ensuring personnel are skilled, qualified, and proficient, and support their technical training and development.

The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment and/or 10+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CMMS, TPM, and reliability fields. Strong understanding of OSHA requirements, root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, FMEA, etc.), and basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, lubrication, and predictive maintenance
