10+ years in quality assurance/food safety management, with leadership roles.
SQF Practitioner with experience in SQF auditing.
R&D experience preffered.
Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Sr FSQA Director Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP standards.
Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement.
Manage product inspection and testing processes.
Lead internal and external audits and inspections.
