Warehouse Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Warehouse Manager to oversee and develop their warehouse associates. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive productivity and engagement while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
This position is strictly a night shift role on-site from Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training on safety protocols.
- Monitor daily activities for compliance with company policies.
- Address operational issues promptly to maintain work flow.
- Build high-performing teams through hiring and coaching.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Ability to walk the floor 70% of the shift.
- Experience with union environments and handling union-related matters.
- Adaptability to manage challenging situations.
- Stable work history with minimal gaps in experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations. Food and beverage background preferred but not required.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
