Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and directing several key functions within the company, including Infrastructure, HSE, MIO Operations, Revenue Operations, and M&A integration. As part of the executive team, the COO will collaborate to shape the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and lead efforts to optimize performance, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Leadership
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from procurement and development to construction and ongoing operations, ensuring that all assets provide clients with reliable, cost-effective, and efficient energy solutions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to proactively address challenges and optimize resource allocation.
- Set performance benchmarks and work toward operational efficiency.
- Standardization and Best Practices
- Implement operational standardization across functions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and drive cost savings.
- Conduct audits to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Organize cross-functional workshops to encourage collaboration and share best practices.
- Create a framework for continuous improvement across the organization.
- M&A Integration
- Lead the integration of acquisitions to capture synergies and ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop comprehensive integration plans, from pre-acquisition assessments to post-integration activities, including KPI tracking.

- Revenue Operations & Analytics
- Build and lead a high-performance team focused on revenue operations and analytics to track sales data, performance metrics, and commissions.
- Design and implement processes for tracking sales, renewals, and customer-related revenue via CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate commission payments.
- Regularly analyze revenue trends to forecast sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in energy operations, infrastructure management, or a related field, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years in leadership roles, particularly in operations, project management, or infrastructure development.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and overseeing all phases, from procurement to operation.
- Experience with acquisitions and integrations, ensuring successful transitions and synergies.
- Proven track record in driving commercial growth through customer-centric programs.
Leadership and Management Skills:
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between departments.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and empower teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
