Logistics & Customer Service Lead
- Lead the Sales Support Management team and enhance customer loyalty through performance analysis.
- Improve internal systems for better responsiveness and participate in annual planning to meet customer requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing purchase orders, order confirmations, and customer documentation requests.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with the QA Department to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure export compliance and oversee team attendance at regional tradeshows.
- Build strong relationships through clear communication and collaboration, using database information for daily activities and KPI reporting.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs and departmental goals, providing insights for customer visits.
- Manage orders, inventory, payment communications, logistics coordination, and promotions with the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience with external customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics or Customer Service.
- Skilled in customer service principles, understanding customer needs, meeting quality standards, and knowing when to seek managerial support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and databases; adaptable to changing priorities.
- Motivated self-starter with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills; collaborative team player.
