- Connect with suppliers, sourcing offices and internal customers for all categories (Footwear, Apparel, Accessories) on regular basis
- Communicate with suppliers, sourcing offices and internal customers for the critical issues impacting PO Management
- Manage the brand on PO management operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle ad-hoc critical issues initiated by sourcing offices or internal customers
- Resolve order fulfilment related inquiries and issues timely via work flow platforms
- Drive against key performance indicators (KPI) from work flow platforms to improve standards and service results, following through the improvement perspectives
- Support system enhancement preparation e.g. user acceptance testing (UAT) for work-flow
