Process Engineering Manager
Summary:
DSJ Global has partnered with a rapidly growing building material manufacturer in Texas to find a Process Engineer Manager with a strong background in continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments to develop new designs and equipment modifications that enhance the quality of products and overall production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Identify production bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to drive performance and innovation.
- Conduct quality awareness and run Six Sigma Belt training sessions within the organization.
- Initiate and lead projects to improve end-to-end processes, including setup, validation, and audit measurement systems.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team and the broader organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a process engineer.
- Proven experience with product trials, handling customer complaints, and product testing.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Lean Six Sigma training/certification.
