What You'll Do
- Drive application projects, collaborating with business development and R&D teams to solve challenges and create new products.
- Test and analyse raw materials to assess their impact on processing and final product quality.
- Optimise formulations and production processes for large-scale manufacturing.
- Conduct scale-up trials in-house and at co-manufacturing sites.
What You Bring
- Degree in Food Technology, Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development, with expertise in fats & oils chemistry, crystallization, and food applications.
- Hands-on experience in production lines or pilot plant settings.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
