Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met and adjust as necessary.
- Monitor production processes and identify any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze production data to optimize scheduling and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on production performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18-20 months of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in scheduling for production lines, not materials.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
