Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing projects from concept to completion. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful execution of projects within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, equipment installation, process improvement, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects related to process optimization, new product introduction, equipment upgrades, and facility expansion.

• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to align project goals with manufacturing objectives.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to maintain project progress and resolve issues efficiently.

• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Proven ability to manage capital projects, process improvements, or new product introductions.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, equipment, and supply chain processes.
