Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing projects from concept to completion. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful execution of projects within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, equipment installation, process improvement, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects related to process optimization, new product introduction, equipment upgrades, and facility expansion.
Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to align project goals with manufacturing objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to maintain project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven ability to manage capital projects, process improvements, or new product introductions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, equipment, and supply chain processes.
