Exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company as the Site Supply Chain Director in Marietta, PA. This pivotal role ensures the effective management of inbound materials, production scheduling, and distribution while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. As part of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and support patient needs across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a large team to achieve objectives in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Cost Efficiency.
- Direct logistics functions including production planning, materials planning, warehousing, and shipping within GMP classified facilities.
- Develop logistics goals aligned with business objectives and manage logistics metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in supply chain management or logistics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years managing large teams in a highly regulated environment.
- APICS certification or lean six sigma green belt preferred.
