Seeking a diligent and professional Sourcing Manager to join my client a leading professional services team, specializing in Facilities Services and Construction sourcing. This fully remote position offers an opportunity for seasoned professionals to manage critical procurement functions within the real estate sector across multiple projects while reporting directly to the Director of Sourcing.
Project Management: Oversee both operational and capital project sourcing activities ensuring timely execution according to predefined schedules.
Vendor Relations: Conduct due diligence on potential vendors, develop bid documents, negotiate contracts, coordinate legal reviews with internal teams as necessary before finalizing agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with property management teams contributing towards strategic planning meetings; maintain transparent communication channels between clients about vendor performance outcomes or any other significant updates affecting ongoing work relationships.
Educational Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- A minimum five years experience required in Sourcing and Procurement ideally for facilities and construction
Necessary Skills:
-Mastery over Microsoft Office Suite: Comprehensive knowledge MS Word Excel Outlook Power Point essential for managing documentation and presentations efficiently
-Communication Diplomacy: Exceptional verbal written communications skills essential this role along ability interact effectively all levels organization outside parties
