Summary: A global biotech company is looking to bring on a new Supply Chain Manager. With over $49M in revenue, they are focused on innovative solutions for multiple markets, including agriculture, environmental, and health. This role involves managing material planning, production scheduling, and executing inventory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage short- and long-term planning horizons to align production schedules with customer demand, ensuring production constraints are identified and addressed
- Oversee weekly inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock level
- Maintain and adjust the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), ensuring production efficiency
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to provide insights on the short-term planning horizon (0-3 months) and align with the S&OP process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and enhancing process efficiency
- Manage 2 direct reports and maintain clear communication, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience in a supply chain leadership role with team management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
