Senior Account Executive
Job Summary: Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, sales, and customer relationship building within the retail industry. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the retail industry.
- Must have experience with Walmart and/or Target.
- Must have 360 sales experience.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
