Job Title: Compensation Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and organizational skills, and have experience managing compensation programs in a large, global organization within the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base salary, equity, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus distributions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address compensation-related issues and ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create complex models, and generate reports.
  • Maintain and organize compensation data and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation-related topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with global compensation programs and practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management software.
