Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for food and beverage products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains and negotiate contracts.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and indexes that affect commodity prices and availability.
Risk Management: Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate supply and price risks.
Cost Management: Lead cost-saving initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, and process improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Quality to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
