Location: St. Paul
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support maintenance teams with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead the electrical reliability program to improve equipment uptime and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Provide technical expertise on capital projects and equipment repairs.
- Partner with maintenance and production teams to drive reliability improvements.
