My Client is a leader in providing aluminum solutions, is committed to innovation and excellence in the automotive, aerospace, and construction industries. With expansion on the horizon they are seeking an Electrical Engineer for their Tennessee Operations. This facility is a leading aluminum fabricating facility globally, celebrating a century in operation.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations teams.
- Focus on safety and technical solutions to design and process issues.
- Identify improvements and develop systems to implement these solutions.
- Manage and execute capital, major repairs, and maintenance projects.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing processes.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLCs, especially Rockwell and Allen Bradley.
- Knowledge of DC and AC motor drives, networking, and power distribution systems.
- Background in metals manufacturing, ideally aluminum rolling or processing.
- Proficiency in managing and executing capital projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
