Our client, a global IT Services & Consulting firm, is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive responsible procurement strategies across Europe. This role will focus on embedding ESG principles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering sustainable supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sustainable procurement strategies, aligning with ESG goals and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and integrate responsible sourcing into procurement policies.
- Assess and mitigate supplier risks related to environmental and social responsibility.
- Provide expertise on carbon footprint reporting, circular economy initiatives, and sustainability audits.
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance sustainability efforts across the supply chain.
- Align sustainability objectives with corporate commitments, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, or responsible procurement within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations, carbon reporting, and supplier engagement in IT procurement.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and integrate sustainability into procurement decisions.
- Commercial acumen and experience in driving sustainability within global supply chains.
