For a European freight forwarder, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
