SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our warehouse facilities. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of products across the US. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse management, and a commitment to maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

The Warehouse Supervisor will have these responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring products are accurately stocked, counted, and rotated in accordance with company standards.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor warehouse operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse performance, and provide regular reports to management on efficiency, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.

The Warehouse Supervisor has the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
