Maintenance and Reliability Manager
About the Role: As the Maintenance and Reliability (MR) Manager, you will manage the maintenance functions in the plant to ensure efficient delivery of services that meet industry standards. You will lead a team of mechanical and electrical technicians, maintenance supervisors, planners, schedulers, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
- Maintain a safe, environmentally sound, and reliable facility by planning and scheduling proactive work, setting standards, executing MOCs, and formulating policies.
- Sustain compliance with AS9100 QMS requirements by developing and maintaining asset and equipment reliability programs, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure proper tool and system use through CMMS audit activity, root cause analysis reviews, and corrective action execution.
- Support technical and facilities capital projects.
- Audit elemental processes to ensure adherence to process deliverables.
- Minimize unscheduled disturbances in production due to equipment.
- Develop a moving 3-year Maintenance, Facilities, and Equipment plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification and experience with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professional (SMRP) pillars preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification at the Green Belt level.
