Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and address any maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Hands on leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty!
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
