We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and guide a team in a high-performing manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee a team of industrial maintenance professionals, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation. Provide clear work direction and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.

• Enhance Equipment Reliability: Implement preventative maintenance strategies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely repairs to maintain peak operational performance.

• Optimize Workflows & Resources: Monitor inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and efficient usage.

• Hands-On Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and assist with repairs and replacements, including belts, hoses, valves, chains, motors, bearings, and hydraulic components. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Safety & Compliance Leadership: Set the standard for workplace safety by enforcing protocols, conducting regular inspections, and actively identifying potential hazards.

• Process Improvement & Problem-Solving: Analyze plant equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve reliability and reduce costs.

• Communication & Team Coordination: Maintain clear and consistent communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a strong combination of education and hands-on expertise in manufacturing settings.

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing maintenance teams in an industrial environment.

• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and physically demanding environments, performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to effectively manage priorities and ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience in wood products or manufacturing environments.

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
