Seeking a Maintenance Professional to oversee satellite facilities, ensuring air utility services meet customer performance requirements. Responsibilities include implementing maintenance procedures, achieving safety and environmental objectives, and serving as the primary customer contact for operational tasks. Occasional support for construction, maintenance, and commissioning activities is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect and monitor compressed air systems.
- Implement preventive and proactive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with customers on production and maintenance activities.
- Schedule and perform maintenance on plant equipment.
- Conduct system walkdowns to identify potential issues.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Document maintenance tasks and safety hazards.
- Travel to support various site activities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred.
- Understanding of compressed air systems and electrical principles.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to transition from part-time to full-time if needed.
- Up to 30% overnight travel required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
