I am recruiting for two exciting Procurement Manager opportunities with a leading global company in the personal care/FMCG sector, based 3 days per week in Paris. These roles offer the chance to join a major player in the market with a growth path that can quickly lead to a highly exciting management role once you've established yourself.

Opportunity 1: Procurement Manager - Direct Materials (Chemicals, Ingredients, Packaging)
In this role, you will manage direct materials procurement, focusing on chemicals, ingredients, or packaging for the personal care, FMCG, or cosmetics industries. You will be responsible for supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and developing strategies to enhance sourcing and supply chain efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their industry knowledge while developing leadership capabilities.
Opportunity 2: Procurement Manager - Indirect Materials (Services, Equipment, Other)
In this position, you will focus on indirect materials procurement, dealing with services, equipment, and other categories relevant to the personal care, FMCG, or cosmetics industries. You will play a key role in driving supplier relationships, cost control, and procurement strategies that support the company's broader operational goals.
Key Responsibilities for Both Roles:
Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives.
Take ownership of procurement processes, implementing strategies that drive efficiency and savings.
Showcase leadership abilities such as the ability to delegate, lead an agenda, and strategize.

Requirements for Both Roles:
Proven procurement experience in the personal care, FMCG, cosmetics, or similar industries.
Experience in direct procurement (chemicals, ingredients, packaging) OR indirect procurement (services, equipment).
A strong track record in managing supplier relationships, cost optimization, and procurement strategies.
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as delegation, leading agendas, and strategic thinking.
Early management recognition, mentorship, or experience in indirect reporting is a plus.
Fluency in English (French is a plus but not required).
