This person is responsible for managing all aspects of project assignments related to tankless water heaters, using a project management system to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project development, including mechanical and manufacturing design.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate on strategies to ensure product growth and viability.
- Define project specifications with marketing and management.
- Use project management systems to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate with departments on project progress and reviews.
- Ensure product design complies with engineering principles and standards.
- Resolve technical issues, recommend design changes, and manage budgets.
- Guide and assist junior engineers and technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in tankless water heater or gas combustion design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
