Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing procurement processes alongside vendor management.
- Managing warehouse operations with precision.
- Leading internal planning procedures including production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Directing inventory control ensuring timely purchase, manufacture, movement receipt and shipment of materials.
Skills & Expertise Required:
Supply Chain Management: Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain activities efficiently adhering to industry best practices
Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills required for analyzing complex problems involving multiple facets of plant material flow
Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential coupled with clear communication abilities both orally and written formats
Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business concepts/issues which influence decision-making across departments
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite Including Word Excel Outlook Along With Erp Mrp Systems Usage Manufacturing Environments
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree related discipline (Master's preferred)
APICS certification desirable but not mandatory
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
5+ years of supply chain experience in a supervisory capacity
