Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer - Gasoline Specialist
Location: Jacksonville NC (Onsite)

DSJ Global is partenered with an Automotive organization that focuses in fuel injection systems. They are seeking a highly skilled engineer with gasoline experience to lead product development, testing, and analysis for gasoline fuel components and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product design, development, and analysis for gasoline fuel systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause analysis, support DFMEA, and perform tolerance stack-ups.
- Interface with customers and suppliers on technical matters.
- Utilize FEA, CFD, and design tools for analysis and modeling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standard work procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years in automotive preferably gasoline systems.
- Proficient in Creo/Pro-E, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
- Experience with FEA, CFD, and magnetic/electromagnetic circuits is a plus.
Salary: 100,000-115,000
