Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for various categories, including direct and indirect materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Analyze spend data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
