Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with key manufacturing and industrial clients. This includes identifying new business opportunities, promoting product offerings, and meeting sales goals through strategic customer engagement and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales programs and track results through weekly/monthly assessments.
- Create and execute monthly sales action plans and forecast sales.
- Work with the Sales Director to develop strategies for improving sales performance and lead generation.
- Engage with leads using various sales techniques, validate product requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Execute direct sales activities at potential client locations and track progress in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a franchise environment.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales skills, cost-conscious mindset, and ability to build lasting relationships.
Additional Information:
- Travel may be required.
- This role does not have direct reports.
- You'll be collaborating with internal teams and customers to drive sales and grow market presence.
