Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the Florida market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to client sites to evaluate needs and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
