Title: Manufacturing Electrical Engineer
Job Summary:
The Principal Electrical Engineer oversees electrical projects, troubleshoots electrical issues, and supports the manufacturing facility through technical expertise. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, responsibilities include technical support, coordination with various departments, project planning and implementation, and maintenance improvement.
* Maintain engineering documentation and CAD files.
* Collaborate with teams for designs and prototypes.
* Contribute to project planning and capital expenditure preparation.
* Perform analysis and establish countermeasures for maintenance-related losses.
* Secure resources for project implementation.
* Partner with mechanical engineers on projects.
* Ensure design changes follow the change management system.
* Lead sub-module component engineering projects.
* Support new design transitions to Manufacturing.
* Enhance production equipment reliability.
* Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
* Engage in incident investigations and corrective actions.
* Handle additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in PLC programming.
* 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Independent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma is beneficial.
