Key Responsibilities:

• S2P (Source-to-Pay) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Process Development:

  • Establish, design, and implement end-to-end S2P and P2P processes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to create and optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting procedures.
  • Lead the development of supplier relationships and performance management.
  • Identify and address gaps in procurement processes, ensuring streamlined workflows, cost-saving opportunities, and high-quality supplier partnerships.

• Supplier Management:

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring alignment with company requirements and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Foster long-term relationships with strategic suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Procurement Strategy & Reporting:

  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive procurement strategy to align with the company's growth and operational goals.
  • Create detailed procurement reports and performance metrics to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to budget planning and forecasting.

• Technology & System Implementation:

  • Support the integration of procurement tools, platforms, and software systems to optimize efficiency and data management.
  • Champion the digital transformation of procurement processes, ensuring automation and best practices are adopted.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and manage procurement risks, ensuring mitigations are in place for potential supply chain disruptions.

• Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and other departments to align procurement initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Help to develop procurement guidelines, training programs, and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure the successful execution of procurement operations as the team and processes grow.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or similar fields, with a strong understanding of both S2P and P2P processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a fast-growing, dynamic industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software/systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, etc.) and MS Office Suite. Experience with procurement automation tools is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions to optimize procurement processes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Dutch or other European language skills are a plus.
