Plant Manager (m/w/d)

The Site Manager oversees daily operations at the industrial site, ensuring smooth production, maintenance, and safety activities. This role involves optimizing processes, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee production, maintenance, and logistics at the site.
  2. Lead the team, organize schedules, and optimize human resources.
  3. Implement preventive measures to ensure site safety.
  4. Analyze performance and propose continuous improvements.
  5. Ensure adherence to environmental, quality, and safety standards.
  6. Manage budgets and operating costs for the site.
  7. Collaborate with management teams to achieve strategic goals.

Profile:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent industrial training.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Flemish.

Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in industrial site management.
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in production and maintenance management tools.
