About the Role: As Plant Manager at our San Bernadino County facility, you'll lead and optimize plant operations, overseeing production, maintenance, and safety compliance. This key role involves ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your leadership will directly influence the success of the plant, while contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing production, maintenance, and safety compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience managing chemical plants, or 8+ years in roles such as production, materials management, technical, engineering, or maintenance
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Desire to grow within an organization
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with business management systems, preferably SAP
- Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Experience with capital and project management
- Strong background in operations accounting and budgeting
- Expertise in handling hazardous materials
