Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Industrial Resins, including friction, coated abrasives, and refractories.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in synthesizing liquid and solid phenolic resins, and knowledge of metal-casting process technologies.
Responsibilities
- Product Line Management: Oversee the life cycle of Industrial Resins products from strategic planning to tactical R&D activities, ensuring profitability.
- Technical Problem Solving: Conduct laboratory experiments and solve complex technical problems to drive product innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Market Managers, Sales, Product Development, and Manufacturing to meet customer needs and optimize financial returns.
