Job Summary:
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive sales growth within an assigned geographic region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of pressure-sensitive label solutions, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.

  • Provide consultative sales solutions, educating clients on the benefits and applications of pressure-sensitive labels.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to build long-term relationships.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop competitive sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote company offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the label, packaging, or printing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, their applications, and market trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
