Indirect Procurement Manager APAC
Role and Purpose:
- Lead APAC regional indirect teams.
- Coordinate and direct purchasing organizations across production sites to maximize synergy and improve cost structure.
Procurement of Indirect Spends:
- Develop sourcing and contracting strategies.
- Secure multiple suppliers and ensure compliance with legal and local regulations.
- CAPEX Management:
- Prepare and execute project sourcing and contracting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and manage procurement schedules.
- Maintain regional category wave plans and define regional demands.
- Implement workflows and new purchasing systems (e.g., COUPA, RPA, iFLO, Power BI).
- Maintain and develop supplier relations.
People Management:
- Plan and control team requirements, headcount, and budget.
- Implement training plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong commercial and business management experience.
- High competence in negotiating complex contracts and understanding global market environments.
- Advanced networking, team building, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, make decisions with limited information, and take responsibility for actions.
