- 10+ years of consulting and industry experience in South East Asia, South Asia, or Greater China
- Deep CPG and consumer durables sector experience
- Expertise in market expansion, pricing, distribution, cost reduction, operations, supply chain, and digital enablement
- Strong client value orientation and relationship-building skills
- Leadership in engagement planning and delivery
- Structured client and opportunity development
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for regional practice growth
