Senior Manager CI

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy deployment process
- Enforce KPIs throughout the site
- Work closely with the site leadershp team on creating a strategic vision of improvement metrics, site roadmap and expectations
- Guide the plant leadership team with an emphasis on internal and external benchmarking
- Foster a zero-loss mindset across key areas to optimize quality, delivery and cost
- Achieve long-term CI objectives through cross functional alignment of all resources toward shared goals
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events
- Champion the continuous improvement team to improve problem-solving capability throughout the site
- Oversee continuous improvement budget
- Coordinate focused improvement project teams to eliminate loss and achieve strategic goals
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
- Expected travel up to 25%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or relevant field)
- 7+ years in manufacturing leadership
- 3+ years overseeing a production system
- Production System Practitioner certification required
- Extensive knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Demonstrated passion for safety and operational excellence
- Strong experience in project/program management
