Job Summary: The Business Unit Head will oversee the entire lifecycle of our engine component aftermarket services, from asset acquisition to customer service. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge and the ability to manage a global team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of engine components, from asset acquisition to customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive business growth through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with other business units and corporate functions to drive synergies and optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the MRO and engine component aftermarket industry.
- Proven experience in managing a global team and running multiple facilities.
- Deep knowledge of the engine component lifecycle, from asset acquisition to customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including ISO 9000 and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
