Quality Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within a high purity chemical manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity, ensuring compliance with stringent industry and customer specifications, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems in accordance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.
Manage quality control operations including analytical testing, batch record reviews, and raw material qualification.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal specifications for high purity chemical production, packaging, and distribution.
Oversee root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality-related audits (internal, customer, and third-party).
Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain key quality metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Support customer quality inquiries and manage documentation including COAs, specifications, and deviation reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of quality management or senior quality role experience, with at least 2 years in high purity or electronic-grade chemical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and relevant high purity standards.
Experience with analytical lab methods and instrumentation (e.g., ICP-MS, HPLC, GC).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
