Salary: $120,000 - $130,000/Competitive Uncapped Commission Structure
Summary:
A leading packaging organization is seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve annual sales objectives. This role involves maintaining current customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and collaborating with management on budget planning. The Sales Representative will work closely with Area Operations teams to sell open machine capacity and value-added services and support cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of sales strategies.
The Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth plans for targeted customers.
- Identify pricing dynamics within accounts to inform commercial decisions.
- Articulate sales vision and strategy to identify leads and manage prospects.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to annual targets.
- Build relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts.
- Drive commercial excellence through new account development and growth in existing accounts.
The Sales Representative will have the following requirements and skill sets:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Proven experience in sales execution and pipeline management
- Ability to drive results by influencing others within different functions
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated sales competence and financial acumen
- Specific experience in corrugated packaging B2B sales
