Our client, a leading logistics service provider. Are seeking a business development manager to join their Hoofddorp team. 3+ years of freight forwarding sales experience is required. Must be proficient in Dutch and able to work in Hoofddorp at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop client relationships by understanding their needs.
- Expand client database through various sales methods.
- Deliver agreed sales targets and promote company services.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and attend industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive business opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in CRM system.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of freight forwarding recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
