Job Description:
Demand Planning:
- Develop, implement and manage end-to-end (E2E) demand planning processes.
- Utilize forecasting software such as SAP for accurate results.
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends that help drive future production decisions.
S&OP Process Management:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain management, finance & operations
to ensure alignment on business goals through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Global Team Membership:
- Be part of a global team working together towards driving optimum performance by sharing best practices across markets while ensuring compliance within regional regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas;
-Demand planning
-Forecasting techniques using statistical models like ARIMA or regression analysis etc.,
-Knowledge about E2E Supply Chain process,
-SAP expertise would be beneficial
Sector Experience Required :
Pharmaceuticals/Medical Device industry
