Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent credentials in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or other related studies
- 10+ years' experience in supply chain, sourcing, operations, consulting, or related industries
- Experience developing and enacting long-term growth strategies
- Familiar with electronics industry dynamics and semiconductor price trends
- Familiar with the national and local policies and regulations related to the suppliers
- Proficient in incoterms rules and financial knowledge
- Intimate knowledge of approaches to build strategies and various supporting strategic frameworks
- Ability to drive ideas from conceptual stage through to hand-off for execution
Responsibilities
- The Director of Supply and Procurement will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the logistics of supply chain operations, including procurement and SOPs in the organization
- Identify leading European and American suppliers in the industry as resource reserves according to the company's development strategy, changes in the company's demand, and changes in the supply market
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of strategic cooperative relations with core suppliers in Europe and the United States
- Provide roadmap information of European and American core suppliers and provide suggestions on product matching
- Familiar with product resources, apply various business knowledge to formulate European and American business implementation strategies
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, identify sourcing opportunities to achieve cost goals, and manage supply chain risks, negotiating and establishing key supply terms including credit terms, PO pricing, lead times, and quality metrics
- Responsible for developing and managing the strategic ambitions and outcomes of the forward-looking vision for the overall Supply Chain organization
- Leads the development of the long-range strategy, understanding financial impacts, and translation of long- term plan into annual plans for the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent credentials in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or other related studies.
- APICS certification preferred. 10+ years' experience in supply chain, sourcing, operations, consulting, or related industries.

- Experience leading strategy development and implementation for a large, matrixed enterprise preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred. 25% travel at our HQ or at customers' request.
