This role is on-site in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost-effectiveness through negotiations with suppliers.
- Maintaining relationships with existing vendors by ensuring timely payments whilst developing new contacts regularly.
- Conducting market research on prices trends that may affect product availability.
- Collaborate with chefs around the globe to ensure needs are met.
- Follow international regulations and specifications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of purchasing experience in FoodBev or Hospitality
- Understanding of buying regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
